JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design graphics for Xiaohongshu official account content and in-feed advertising materials.
Regularly collect and analyze data on creative material performance and high-quality content cases, summarize findings, and improve design quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in mobile internet design is preferred.
Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to the style requirements of different platforms, industries, and clients.
Excellent communication skills, ability to understand design requirements accurately, and proactively provide creative ideas and suggestions.

岗位职责

负责小红书企业账号内容及信息流广告素材图的设计。
定期收集、分析素材投放数据和优质内容素材案例，分析总结经验，提升设计质量。

任职要求

有移动互联网设计相关工作经验者优先。
学习能力强，能快速掌握不同平台、行业、客户的风格特点。
具备优秀的表达和沟通能力，能够准确理解设计需求，主动提供创意思路和建议。
