As one of the largest continuing education centres in Singapore, NTUC LearningHub (LHUB™) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.

In this era of exacting competition, NTUC LearningHub recognises the need to sustain human capital value and has been staying abreast of the training needs of Singaporean workforce for the past two decades. To date, LHUB™ has trained more than 700,000 executives and working adults and has worked with more than 10,000 organisations to identify training needs, define curriculum roadmaps and deliver contemporary training programmes.
In collaborating with world-class partners and regulatory authorities to ensure the curriculum is current and relevant, NTUC LearningHub works closely with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore(IMDA), to build strong recognition of training initiatives and advance the skills of Singaporean workforce.
As part of the Skills Future Initiatives, NTUC LearningHub partnered with Hashmeta for a Microsite Enterprise Web development to cater for better website user experience, particularly in the navigation and search experience.
